Dragonflies of North Texas

I got in my truck and found this guy making himself at home. Boy, did he pick the wrong truck to hitch a ride in! Dragonflies and damselflies can be found in North Texas during this time of year. These pests love to hang out around standing water and apparently in hot vehicles, too! While these pests don’t bite or sting, they can be extremely annoying.
