Look Out For Squirrels, Mice & Rats

Now that it is November, the cold winter months are here, and that means pests are looking for a warm place to stay. If you’re hearing noises in your attic, you are most likely dealing with squirrels, mice or rats. If you are hearing the noise first thing in the morning as the sun comes up, and then again when the sun goes back down, you are probably dealing with squirrels in your attic. If you are hearing noises later in the evening and into 3 a.m., then it would be mice and rats. 

These pictures show some of the damage that squirrels can do to your property, especially your house eaves. Using these traps, we can carefully trap the squirrels so that they cannot re-enter your home. Another cage treatment we can do to capture the squirrels is a larger cage. We trap them alive to carefully take the squirrels far away so they cannot return.
When it comes to the mice and rats, we use a food poison bait that will make the mice/rats go outside and not return.

This is an idea of what you can expect after we seal up a rodent hole in your home. We properly seal up the hole with patch work, and we paint it afterwards. Our goal is to make it appear like it’s a part of the house — and not an eyesore.
